  October 28, 2023 - The dark color led me to worry this might be "too late" but pleasantly surprised that the wine was still showing well - nose of apricot (dried and compote) interplaying nicely with honey, a hint of dill. Sweet and silky on the palate, the acidity provides a bit of lift to keep it from being too cloying. Would be nice to have another bottle to try in say 2-3 years to see where it's at. Impressive for a 16 year old sticky and my best friend who's a Sauternes conoisseur even had nice things to say about it!

  July 26, 2023 - I am sorry to see my last bottle go. Rich and sweet, but not overly so, a bit syrupy, apricot flavor, and a bit of honey. A most enjoyable, sticky. Very nice with an apricot cheesecake.

  July 31, 2022 - Golden raisins and honey, enough acidity to not be cloying. It seems simpler than I remember but still nice. I haven't decided whether I should finish off my remaining bottle soon or go with the flow and leave it a while longer, I can't see the wine becoming more complex.

  Medium-full, and very sweet on the palate. The fresh acidity does just enough to prevent the wine from becoming cloying.
  
  Opinion: Other than the dark colour, the wine isn’t particularly advanced. It should continue to evolve for another 8-10 years in ½ bottle format, though there’s no harm in drinking now in a sweet and fruit-forward phase.

  July 28, 2021 - Essence of dried oranges and apricots on the nose. Lovely mouthfeel, relatively full bodied, some fresh acidity and continuing interplay between the essence of various dried fruits, well balanced and sufficient complexity to maintain interest. Very decent.
