December 5, 2015 - Peach , tropical fruits and hazelnut nose. Nice tropical fruit and hazelnut on the palate at first finishing with citrus notes. Modest length finish that is mouthwatering.

April 21, 2014 - Robe jaune paille lumineuse. Nez d'agrumes, floral, épices douces. Bouche : équilibre remarquable de vivacité, douceur sucrée et amertume. Il y a aussi comme un soupçon d'oxydation qui, loin d'être un défaut, enrichit le vin en bouche. Semble être à parfaite maturité. Attention à ne pas le boire trop froid, idéalement vers 12°C. Belle alliance avec un foi gras maison mi-cuit vapeur.
