April 25, 2021 - This bottle was delicious but teetering. The fruit had become blowsy though with some residual definition and even hint of oak to keep it just on the right side. Drink now!

November 2, 2019 - We pnp'd with a dinner of oven roasted salmon. The nose was white flowers and peaches. The palate was peach, melon and lemon flowers. The finish was moderate and more pronounced the closer to room temperature it got.

December 31, 2018 - Golden color. Pear, quince, butterscotch and a touch of citrus on the palate. Well in its drinking window.

August 1, 2018 - Definitely showing a lot of new oak. Palate also has good fruit, good weight in the mouth, some floral notes. Enjoyable, but not profound. Quality Italian with Jim W., Joe D'A.

    July 5, 2018 - 🏅Rating 94/100 (4,4⭐)

    White Burgundy tasting

Intense color, liquid gold. Very classic P-M at its peak. Great example of 1er Cru with signature minerality and nerve. Depth and finesse.

That's exactly what mature Chardonnay should be.

Folatieres is quite big climat with great terroir and often referred to as the benchmark of P-M.
