April 18, 2006 - A Grand Evening...with Grands-Echezeaux (Kevin Restaurant, Chicago IL): Nice red and black cherry flavors, showing a bit riper than most 1995s. More accessible than most Grand Crus from that vintage, the structure seems balanced and integrated already, even if the wine comes across as fairly simple in both the middle and finish.
