July 2, 2010 - A good bottle of wine. Well integrated and fruit forward. Most interesting about the 2007 L'as is the tone of cold red berries combined with earth and clay bringing the wine into tones of corroded steel. Strange metaphor but the best I could find... = Subtle tones of origin and terroir...
