April 8, 2016 - Full bodied, opens with a spicy chocolate nose. Once decanted for more smoke and fruit came to the fore. Tannins have softened nicely without compromising the weight. Med finish. Pleasant wine for a weekday night.

January 6, 2010 - Wasn't sure at first.....but wound up really liking this bottle. A traditional style.....high acidity. Changing notes of rose petals, BBQ, blackberries, green tea then dried apricot. I believe it will last for a couple of years, possibly improving.
