March 10, 2011 - Manchester Wine Society Red Burgundy (Withington Golf Club): nice red fruit aromas and some really pretty elements: part of me wants to say high toned, but i don't think that is right. it also has a good dose of sous bois. a very fruity palate but it is lacking a little on the midpalate, but there is a nice finish. overall it has enough going on to be very enjoyable but there are better wines for the money.

January 19, 2011 - bright red. Fruity and savoury notes, with cherries, light and silky texture, with a little menthol on the finish. Drink over next couple years. Better than some 07 premier cru I have tasted. Very food-friendly.

August 27, 2010 - Violet blue tinge to colour. Lovely Pinot characters, black cherry, mushroom, spice. Lovely elegant pinot, fine lightly drying tannins, nice acids.
