March 8, 2014 - Opened 1 hour before consume. Fresh nose of citrus, minerals, smoke, chalk and green apples. A hint of honey. Clean cut acidity with balanced fruit. Sharp finish as I like and good length. Classic Chablis that probably will hold 3-5 more years. Compared to Tribut and Duplessis it lacks a bit, but not much! A very good effort.

July 9, 2010 - Light yellow, fresh nose of pineapple and green apple and a touch of lemon. Quite grassy on the palate with a good stream of acidity but then again, it's still pretty young at this point. Should flesh out a little with time.
