September 23, 2015 - Golden yellow. Clear oaky, vanilla nose with ripe white peach, pineapples and butteryness. Palate lighter than the nose with something slightly sharp or metallic. After notes of stone fruit. Previous bottles not like this. This bottle drinking now but will re-taste soon.

July 5, 2015 - SECOND BOTTLE AFTER PREMOXED BOTTLE. Colour straw yellow & clearly lighter than the previous bottle. Nose much more as expected - light oaky flavour with toasty, butteryness. Light hazelnut notes with grapefruit. Palate really good - full, rich, butter, light waxyness. Great balance with good acid. Really starting to open up. Drinking now-2018. Probably not going to improve too much but good.

July 5, 2015 - Golden yellow in colour. Nose quite tight - not really 100% there. Slight oxidative nature. Palate more heavily oaky than would be expected with, again, oxidative flavours. Bottle may be showing signs of premox but still drinkable. Need to try further bottles to obtain a clearer view. UPDATE: after having been opened for 30 mins, this bottle was clearly on the edge of premox death.
