Community Tasting Notes 6

July 1, 2012 - Pale, translucent color; pretty intensive nose: lots of berries, raspberries and sour cherries suggesting high acid level. Again raspberries, and sour cherries, very acidic in the mouth, a fairly simple structure. Overall: an okay Bourgogne Pinot Noir bur nothing special. A simple table wine.

November 22, 2011 - Davy's Wine Tasting (London): A nice pinot noir with good structure and balance with fruit and floral aromas and a decent finish

March 18, 2011 - An enjoyable pinot noir with good structure and acidity. Slightly bitter finish.

June 27, 2010 - Pale color with a lightly fruity nose after aeration. Aroma much stronger with a bit of time to open up. Very acidic, but paired nicely with red sauce dinner.

May 8, 2010 - Pinot Noir Tasting in San Antonio (Scenic Loop Cafe Restaurant): My #12, Group #3. Only French wine at tasting. Good Bourgogne for the price. Light ruby color, very northern Oregon like on both the nose and palate. Light cherry finish with some earthy notes
