January 25, 2010 - This comes from 80-year-old vines and is medium ruby in colour and medium weight in body. The nose is incisive and this follows on to the palate with excellent volume and length and no noticeable tannins. This is a really lovely wine, elegant, harmoniously balanced, juicy and focussed and now drinking at it's peak although there is no rush to drink up. Classy wine-making. Highly recommended. Estimated maturity: 2009-2015
