June 29, 2018 - needs about an hour of air for well kept bottles, not a world beater but quite a nice wine with vibrant acidity and a good palate length.
Smokey sour cherry fruit that saturated my entire mouth and finished with an electric hum of integrated fine grain tannins and acidity, drinking well now but will be better with 5-8 years of further aging -

July 16, 2013 - Smells like freshly tilled black earth, jubey cherry fruit, espresso, smoke and mineral. It has flesh but is firm. The wood adds a spicy dimension to the flavour profile and the over-all package is quite delicious at this juncture.
