  February 22, 2023 - Nose: dark chocolate, mushroom, herbaceous, hazelnut, fruit jam, cinnamon
  Notes: a nose of aged shiraz, still a relatively sweet nose with a bit of mushroom and herbaceous feel to it. Quite a fine old Australian thats enjoyable. Still quite young and could possibly be even better in a few years time.

  October 28, 2022 - I don’t think this wine has 5 more years in it; perhaps it’s a bottle , but the color is almost gone, cloudy, fruit and acidity still nicely there and overall very nice balance and long finish.

  July 17, 2022 - Deep purple color to rim with unappealing nose of currants, gooseberries, and smoked beets. Mouthfeel has a bitter, acidic edge, with spare fruit remaining. Minimal finish. Food aided the experience but I wish I'd located this hidden bottle ten years earlier. Drink now or forever hold your peace.
