  October 16, 2021 - A nice chardonnay, but on the end of its life. I found a great buttery pastry note with a touch of dried lemon in the background. A friend characterised it as lemon meringue pie which is quite accurate. Light, but intense on the palate and with. pleasant richness on the palate. very interesting, but to make it great, it would need more fruit and maybe a better cork. i wouldn't hesitate to buy a bottle in a few years if I had the chance.

  October 30, 2015 - Very surprised this wine aged so well (other Chablis have not). Golden colour, rich and rounded but still structure, limestone and citrus.

  August 31, 2014 - Fathers 60th Birthday; 8/31/2014-9/1/2014: Had some unfair competition, but some of the guests really enjoyed the clean freshness of this wine. Lots of minerality, crushed stones, wet gravel and plaster. But there is also some mature notes of ripe apples, honey and rubber. High acidity, medium+ body but with good, mouth filling fruit. Really good intensity and great length. Would have been a few points more for me with a bit higher complexity on the nose.
