  February 11, 2023 - Decanted 30 minutes. This was better in its youth, or at least in 2016 and likely before that. The interest seems to have faded away, leaving a serviceable, steak-friendly but unexciting cabernet.

  November 27, 2019 - Really pleasant and well balanced, very new world cab. Dark fruit and a palate coating mouth feel. Bit of menthol on the back end as well.
  After reading some of the notes below I was reluctant to decant it so opened at the restaurant with 6 from my wine group. All seemed to agree it was great and some had it as best of night's 4 bottles.

Two much decanting, not enough, too much air, etc. My experience later in the night was hot, alcoholic, big fruit and not showing well. No score as the recommendation on this wine is a quick decant and consume. Do not let this sit over the course of the night.
