November 16, 2015 - Chablis-Tasting, Wine 4: The wine was light to medium lemon in colour and offered apple, citrus and some smoke aromas on the slightly reduced nose. On the palate the wine showed apple, lemon, some smoke and discrete mineral notes, complemented by distinct saltiness, with medium-plus to high acidity and very good length. The medium-bodied wine was focused and precise and tasted fresh and very youthful. A very solid Chablis 1er Cru.

January 4, 2013 - From a half, this is still very youthful and lemon-sherbetty. However it does show real class in the length & complexity of the finish that offers more savoury & buttery flavours. Very good potential here.
