December 31, 2020 - Bottle breathe for 30 min before serving. Fully matured with nose of old Burgundy. Still some fruit left but not very complex. Medium finishing. The wine evolves slightly over the next 2 hours but the strength / power is not there. For sure, this is a 30-year old wine and definitely enjoyable drink
