April 12, 2014 - Nez et bouche qui présentent des arômes tertiaires. Évolution vers les herbes, les notes de fruits noirs, une certaine amertume qui apporte beaucoup de fraîcheur à l'ensemble. Je ne crois pas que le vin évoluera encore longtemps - il est bon maintenant ou pour une courte garde de moins de 2 ans. Pris avec un steak et légumes grillés.

December 7, 2012 - complex with herbal garrique nose then licorice, pomengranate and spice and clean finish. good acidity and light tannin. not bad for mix of 25 ancient grape varietals.
