August 11, 2018 - Won a swag of medals in 2010. Good fruity bouquet, red and black berries on the palette along with some mocha, light pepper and creamy oak. Fine tannins and acid in balance. Still going strong but starting to turn from dark red with purple edges to dark red with crimson edges (with a presence of brick red). Amazing value for the money. 90

June 27, 2018 - Great example of wine you can buy quite cheap, cellar for a few years, and enjoy as being up there with fancier, more recent offerings that cost four or five times as much. Still nicely in balance ten years after vintage, with oak and savory notes tending to dominate.

February 22, 2017 - Spicy with a heavy lash of oak that has aged well. Old style shiraz, big fruit, now has mint and tobacco. Savory and a bit of heat. Drink now.

September 12, 2013 - Lovely wine. It's not over the top, but well balanced with enough acidity to balance the red berry fruit. It's a wine to drunk now, it's refined and its a wine you can, and should, drink all night. Perfect wine for when you want to treat yourself, but want to do it on the cheap.

August 24, 2013 - Good weekly quaff wine. Mocha, plum, blackberries and some blood plum flavours. $20 a bottle, great stuff.
