Nose: licorice, violet, menthol, black pepper
Palate: blueberry, oak, tea
Mouthfeel: starts dry and finishes drier!

March 18, 2022 - Drank with Daniel & Carissa. Really good, full flavored, big, dark earth. Could age longer, probable should have decanted.

December 25, 2021 - 7 years since the last bottle. Good wine but still a whiff of oxidation that makes me think there might be a fault with my batch. Otherwise deep colour, lovely on the nose and palate. Would say will keep but not sure if maybe over the hill
