May 9, 2014 - Sauvignon Blanc tasting (Riga): Wow, very light colour for a 25 y.o. SB! You can hardly tell it apart from 6 y.o Baron de L. Green hues. Some damp citrus on the nose, the dampness withers away with air, aroma is light, creamy, interesting. On the palate it was creamy, nuanced, some light toastiness may be.
No need to keep it that long, but if you do (in proper conditions), it will still be alive and kicking. (B+)
