September 10, 2021 - Drinking really well. Opened 3 hours and then decanted for about 45 minutes before drinking. Needs that kind of time.

September 7, 2019 - Opened 2 hours and then decanted one hour before drinking. Drinking really well right now. Wonderful structure and fruit.
