June 14, 2004 - Tasted at Biodynamic growers tasting NYC. "S" is Wittmann's equivalent to Goldkap. Notes of lavender, peaches, pineapple and botrytis are evident in this sweet wine. Needs time to further develop but looks to have a great future.
