January 6, 2019 - Drank with rare roast beef
    Ripe juicy fruit
    Subtle oak
    Slightly tannic
    A pleasant wine

December 15, 2017 - A business dinner (Restaurant Razmataz, Amsterdam, NL): Well-developed at nine years of age, sturdy, spicy, earthy, a solid wine with lovely typicity, quite tannic for age and weight, good length. Drink soonish, before it dries out.

  • bourgogre Does not like this wine:

March 23, 2017 - Couleur violacée foncée. Presque noire.

February 26, 2017 - Good effort. Ripe dark fruited nose with pleasig leafiness. Round initially but just lacking a little weight through the mid palate. A very good wine at this price point. Softly mature but will certainly hold several years.

January 7, 2017 - Not very impressive. Dark red color, nose of forest fruit, but palate feels to mellow, without anything interesting.
