February 17, 2014 - February 17, 2014 - Purple in the glass with a nice halo. Excellent structure from the cab franc. The merlot adds body and a bit more fruit. A fair amount of the tannins have dropped out of solution and make up the sediment.

August 21, 2010 - Still richly tannic! Delightful. I like Cab Franc, and the 40% Merlot doesn't hurt. It almost tastes old-world-style. But there is some fruit flavour. Very good (85.5).
