October 1, 2019 - PnP. Not as familiar with this grape, but I think this one is past it’s prime. Just sort of blah.

June 13, 2015 - Decanted through an aerator and strainer and drank over the next three hours. Brick red with hints of old-world orange. Medium body; a little fuller than a normal Pinot. It has softened with two more years of bottle-age. Not a bite, just a soft nibble. Strawberries and raspberries more than tart cherries. During dinner, nothing about the wine stood out above the pork chop and tossed salad. An hour later, it's a tart red-fruit mixture with a long, strong finish. Very different from other wines; an interesting change.

May 27, 2013 - Ordered by mistake; love their Pinot Noir; never tried a Pinot Meunière.

Decanted thru aerator and screen. Drank over next 4 hours. Medium deep, rosy brick red. Cherries up front, but dark fruit and earthy spices predominate mid-palate and long finish. Some anise too. Got better with time. Good food wine. I still prefer Pinot Noir, but this is a nice change of pace.

December 21, 2011 - Fascinating wine. Great nose, classic Amalie Robert earth and clean forest floor with hints of cherry pie and a touch of sweet cedar. The taste is a totally different beast. Tangy, almost effervescent, reminds me of the Pop Rocks sensation. Extremely bright acids that require food to tame down and appreciate. Strawberries arrived on the palate after being open for about an hour, but overall it's incredibly tart, and should lay down for another 3 years in hopes it smooths out.
