July 31, 2022 - Lots of bruised apples here, deep and complex. Did really well with the group. Nice to see a good showing of this Champagne, which I otherwise dont like that much. May be it needs more age than the release timing.

August 2, 2020 - This really is a wine lovers wine. A nice golden colour. Almost pink like a rose. Exceptionally dry. I thought less than 3 grams dosage but possibly even Brut Nature. So much lemon. This was bright and fresh. High acidity. Super sharp and acidic. Some structure. Probably better with food. Not for the faint hearted. My personal view, is that this would have been so much better with a little more dosage.
