January 21, 2024 - The wine looks pink colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, lime and baker's yeast. It tastes like strawberry, raspberry, red currant, grapefruit, lemon, lime, apple, peach, apple blossom, baker's yeast, biscuity and leesy. The body is medium. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

December 2, 2023 - Soft and creamy, the flavor reminded me of those individually wrapped strawberry Christmas candies. Maybe too much Hallmark Channel that night.

October 8, 2023 - Gorgeous salmon pink in the glass with a nose of unripe strawberries, some toasted character, and a citrus character like lemon or grapefruit. On the palate the wine is refreshing and vibrant with a lovely mouthfeel from smooth bubbles, fresh acidity, and notes of lemon, strawberry, and pear. Not exceedingly complex but still a lovely sparkling rose, and fair value.
