March 21, 2024 - Last of 4 bottles, consumed at the beach in a lineup of pretty wines.
Beautiful structure, with nice and grippy, finely grained tannins and ample acidity.
Notes of tobacco leaf, sour, sour cherry, tar, and mint.

October 16, 2023 - Pour: ruby core with slight brick colored rims
Nose: initially, muted & lots of tar. 1.5hr in - more red fruit, potpourri, dried herbs, tar, used black tea bags & fragrant sage.
Palate: needs more acidity, gritty tannins which coated my mouth & teeth. I thought this was declining at first but now its evolving & drinking much better.

September 15, 2023 - Deep ruby color. Nose of smoky garam masala and red cherry. Very dry on the palate with lots of fine tannins on the finish.
