  January 25, 2014 - Definitely time to drink these up if you still have them, continues to come across as well made and worthwile but its dark fruit flavors have faded considerably since my last tasting.

  August 27, 2011 - Same very positive experience as previous tasting 18 months ago... This is a great offering in a great vintage from this small producer and it is aging well. I did notice some physical signs that we are probably at peak so I suggest consuming remaining bottles over the next couple of years.

  December 5, 2009 - This is a wonderful poster child for a great batch of 1999 Napa Cabernets... deep ruby color and dark cherry flavor with nice balance and a long finish.

  August 9, 2007 - Popped/poured. Traditional cabernet fruit on the nose with an undercurrent of gamey cedar. Palate has dark red fruit with fairly high acidity and noticeable tannins. These components are a bit out of balance at this point, preventing a higher score. Overall elegant styling. Should revisit after it's had some time to breath.

  February 15, 2003 - Tasted this at the vineyard when it was still quite young, and it was a blockbuster. Rich flavor of blackberries, cassis, and ample amounts of new oak. Very fruity despite the big tannins.
