November 21, 2018 - Mature notes of dark fruit, earth, leather, smoke, tobacco and those salty chunks in 48 month aged Comté. The depth on the palate was truly sensational and this hit every taste bud. It became more saline and meaty with air. Did not lose it strides.
Should be enjoyed now and over the next 5 years -

December 2, 2014 - An Evening at Bern's (Tampa): This may have ended up being my WOTN, but I am splitting hairs. This didn't jump from the glass as others, did but took a good 30min to get going. Wonderfully mature notes of dark fruit, earth, leather, smoke, tobacco. The depth on the palate was truly sensational and this hit every taste bud. Over all this matched the nose and took on the banana oil notes over time. Remarkable freshness and purity. Excellent grip on the long finish.
