Community Tasting Notes 4

November 9, 2011 - Still developing. Wait 6 months to try next bottle.

October 12, 2011 - Between brick and ruby red color that fades dramatically at the edges. Initially very barnyard smell, but with air, this diminished a lot. Nose then became predominantly red fruits, with some truffle and forest floor. Taste of strawberry, bing cherry, very mild mushroom. A bit acidic with a pretty short finish.

April 12, 2011 - I thought this bottle was very good. Was even better the next night, so I plan to hold off a while before having the next bottle.
