December 29, 2009 - Light red in color with a nice "Pinot Noir nose". Opening with strawberry, rose petals on a spicy and slightly floral background with healthy acidity leading to a mouth-cleansing finish. Medium bodied, almost light-weight. A moderately long, but not too complex finish. A nice and elegant wine that goes well with food.
