May 5, 2005 - We had this wine for Sue’s 32nd B’day and it was just fabulous. The fruit was filled with pears, apples with a hint of lemon cream.

April 27, 2005 - This wine is just delicious. The fruit is filled with apples, and pears. The nose has many wildflowers in it. The wine went perfectly with a salmon pasta with a simple cream sauce.
