October 23, 2010 - What can you say about organic Wine from France. Clean dirt, no chemicals. Remember to floss well. Just like the Knights of les Baux liked it. The nose was very fruity with hints of blackberry and possibly olives. We had I with hand caught Lobster from the keys, NY strips, green beans, over cooked potatoes and salad with walnuts. We were very excited to finally drink a wine form les Baux, but I have to say that it disappointed. Needs a few more years to reach its potential
