  May 30, 2020 - The best domestic sparkling producer, and an excellent entry wine. Red apple, graham crackers, touch of citrus. Elegant and lengthy finish.

  April 17, 2019 - Wine Dinner in Ngaio (Abbot Street, Ngaio, Wellington, New Zealand): Excellent sparkler with a lovely, rich personality. Soft in nature, with a nice frothy mouthfeel, this is not particularly complex, but it’s stylish, generous and delicious.

  September 30, 2018 - Pas mal moins convainquant cette fois...très levuré et
  acide, semble un peu trop unidimensionnel.
  A proche 60$, il y a tellement de beaux Champagne ou même
  des Crémants i.e. Bailly-Lapierre Vive La Joie...millésimé
  par surcroit et 30$ de moins-un no-brainer
  pour ceux qui veulent du très bon sans se ruiner!!!

  August 10, 2018 - Super intense et concentré, avec un côté pomme mûre et brioché très accaparant. On a de la noisette et de la nougatine, avec un petit côté pâte d'amande en finale. Belle mousse super foamy. Vraiment décadent en apéro ou avec des desserts genre Baklavas!

  C'est très sec et ample avec une belle acidité.
  Les pommes et la levure sont très présents, assez long. Bien.
