Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Jason Wu Likes this wine: 89 points

April 3, 2020 - Appearance: clear medium gold
Nose: clean, medium plus intensity; aromas of honey, flint, blossom, steamed asparagus, peach, toast. It's fully developed.
Palate: dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavour intensity, flavours align with nose, a bit of elderflower characters come through. The finish is medium plus.
Overall, it's a good wine. I would say it passed its peak already and lack of fresh fruit and floral notes. A lot of honey notes present on both nose and palate. The acidity is still holding the wine but better drink it asap.
