August 20, 2011 - Melon and pear in the nose, good acidity - some tropical fruit with a little yellow apple (not in the overbearing way). Leaves impression of a touch of sweet fruit, though it's not a sweet wine. A nice cow's cheese companion.

January 20, 2010 - Quite enjoying this though it is a bit hard and minerally. Sharp grapefruit. Refreshing and unusual. Will not last very long but a tolerable drink. Needs to be quite a lot colder than i generally drink white wine!
