Community Tasting Notes 3

July 17, 2011 - Drunk with bacon joint. Deep gold. Aromatic fruit on nose and palate with restrained spice. This is a cracker, particularly at the price.

March 26, 2011 - This is a really lovely wine! Lots of flowers (honeysuckles) both in the nose and on the palate. Quite a lot of recidual sugar but enough acidity and a hint of bitterness to prevent the wine from becomming cloying. Very good gewurztraminer.

March 11, 2011 - drank about 3 month ago, loved the bottle, don't recall any specifics.
