September 27, 2011 - Popped and poured. Consumed on the patio after work. Residual sugar remains. Good acid/sugar balance. Floral notes on the nose. An enjoyable wine.

August 7, 2011 - Very sweet, but supposed to be for this varietal, just not my flow, too sweet. Didn't eat anything with it, but I'd recommend some spicy Vietnamese as I would with a good guwerstaminer.
