June 3, 2020 - The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like raisin, cherry, cedar and vanilla. It tastes like strawberry, raisin, fig, cherry and cedar. The body is full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

June 21, 2014 - Tannins have resolved, very smooth and went well with BBQ'd chicken and various grilled sausages. This was drinking nicely, but I don't think it's going to improve with age, I'd say drink up if you have any left.

June 19, 2014 - Good fruit, although tasting like you shouldn't hang on to this much longer. Haven't had a Zin in a while, and this Napa fruit was delicious! Palate not optimal due to a cold. This probably would have been perfect 6 months to 1 year ago.

March 16, 2014 - Fantastic. Two and a half more years have done this wine well since my last bottle. Lots of vanilla, butter, and we'll balanced berries. A hint of green pepper as well. I think this is the perfect time to drink this. The hotness has disappeared and decanting is not necessary. A few more years and it may start to get flat and wash out. It is great right now.
