January 19, 2016 - 1st of 6. Still quite pale in colour. Steely and minerally with some biscuit flavours. Good acidity. A particularly austere chablis. 4/5

February 16, 2013 - Golden robe. A little oxidized at the start, but then opens up to reveal a still fresh and floral nose with amazing minerality and length. God those Chablis are meant to last!
Robe mordorée. Légèrement oxydé à l'attaque, s'ouvre pour révéler un parfum toujours frais et floral ainsi qu'une minéralité bien affirmée, et une grande longueur. Voilà bien la preuve que ces Chablis sont bâtis pour la durée! -
