Community Tasting Notes 16

November 8, 2015 - Tasted blind - a funk on the nose that had me thinking Pinot Noir. (oops). Blueberry and leather notes as well. Very very fine tannin on the palate with a licorice finish.

March 25, 2014 - Cherry and strawberry on the nose, great spice, fruit and leather on the palate. Has some characteristics of age with a smooth medium finish.

January 27, 2014 - Nice mature Barolo - leather, spice and dried fruit. Good, not great, drink now and over the next few years, I think.

October 12, 2013 - a woderful pkg of light fruit wrapped in earthy tones with an exceptionally smooth finish. this wont get any better, drink it up now!

January 1, 2013 - let it decant for 1.5hrs which was just enough time for it to open up and display a lot of classic barolo nuiances. cherry, strawberry and some floral notes were all present. a great pkg
