Community Tasting Notes 1

September 23, 2016 - Wonderful light-medium yellow in color. Really nice acidity with aged notes of white mushrooms and buttered popcorn. The light fruit and acidity is very prominent in a nice way. A streak of mineral and saline on the finish. Not at all heavy or fat for a charmes. But I guess it reflects the vintage.
