February 29, 2016 - Delicious. Umami depth to the nose. Amazing red fruit on the palate.

October 13, 2013 - Apricot nose, curiously. Big fruit and for a moment it had a a note of rot but fortunately that passed for the most part until the wine pulled itself together and shined. Has a bit of green that Aubert talks about, a good quality.

January 19, 2011 - An Evening Of Burgundy, Barolo & Rhone (Osteria Mozza - Los Angeles): Deep purple color at the core. Wet earth and spice on the nose. Good size and weight on the palate, supple fruit with some backbone left.
