June 1, 2010 - Wow! With some trepidation we uncorked this older bottle and as it was poured into the glass a rich, slightly bricked ruby wine appeared. Our hopes began to elevate. On the nose we found mature Cab Sauv in the form of cherry and other dark fruits. On the palate we were rewarded with mature Cab at its best.
