  February 4, 2022 - Dark gold in color. Nose of orange blossom and honey. Candied lemon and yeast when it warms up some. Well balanced flavor of honey, lemon, and a bit of green apple.
  
  Very different style for Schramsberg. The vineyard is really coming through.

  October 1, 2017 - What a great straw color. Bubbles were not as tight as other offerings from Schramsberg. Nutty up front but a tart/acidic finish. Over time the acidity and nuttiness balanced out. That one was OK, but would have liked a bit more.
