Community Tasting Notes 1

December 25, 2007 - This was an interesting appertif. I enjoy the Schramsberg Blanc de Noir in its youth (4-6 years past vintage date) and based on this bottle, that seems to be when it's at its best. The perlage was suprisingly strong for its age and it had a nice nutty, melon sorbet flavor-profile but little to no finish.
