August 13, 2008 - Very secondary with aromas of horse leather, Worcestershire sauce, prune and dried strawberries. Full for a Gamay, clocking in at 14%, this is an unusual style, but still quite enjoyable.

December 16, 2007 - Beautiful wine for the price. An example of what Gamay could be. Wonderful raspberry notes with a slight mineral character. No tannins to speak of but that's no surprise. A wonderfully refreshing uncomples wine. At only 10 dollars a bottle I am going back to buy a case.

On the palate this was dry, medium bodied, spicy with a long finish.
A very nice high-quality Beaujolais.
