April 2, 2021 - This is comparable to a Moet & Chandon, but far better price point. Pale yellow in color. Lemon on the nose. Mineral & high acidity with a long lasting draw. Delightful mousse, unlike champaign.

April 24, 2020 - A nice Cava!! It has a real nice and light start with a hint of apple and some pear. It remains light and a little lemon comes in. The finish is nice and dry which was nice.
